- Help Desk customer support (first tier)
We provide our clients a free Help Desk for our service via telephone and e-mail.
- EDI service support: (second tier)
We provide customer support in connection with the operation of our EDI service. (e.g. monitoring and notification services)
- Support for the partner of our client: (third tier)
Under this service we provide support to our clients in the technical liaison with their EDI partners. (management of technical partner contacts)
